Allgood Family Christmas Party 2008

We are one awesome family. We had our Allgood Family Christmas Party last Saturday. My niece took this picture of us since we have not had a family picture done in a while. The boys are growing so fast. We had a fun time at the party. It was good to see everyone.

Santa

Now it is catch up time it has been a pretty busy month so far getting ready for Christmas. First we decorated the Christmas tree then April did everything else in the house and I started on the outside. Waylon has been watching Polar Express movie daily. He can almost repeat everything in it including the songs. Every time i get the camera out to get video of him singing he clams up and hides.

We had our church party on Tuesday and look who showed up. Both boys were excited and happy. Last week April bought a gingerbread house that you put together and decorate. Whitney thought it was allot of fun to decorate but all Waylon wanted to do was eat the the candy decorations.

Thanksgiving

We had a friend over on Thanksgiving day. He was very nice and good.

I guess I've been tagged so I will do my best because I'm putr ilret.
This is Whit & Waylon on the first nice day of spring in 2007 riding Whits 4 wheeler he got for his 3rd birthday.

Okay it has been a day or two since I have wrote so I will try to catch everybody up. On UEA weekend we took a ride up Franklin Canyon where Scot and Lynne were deer hunting. No deer but it was good to go out for a ride on the Ranger. On Sunday Whit and I went up the canyon here by our house to see how the deer hunting was going but they wasn't seeing much either but it was still good just to get out and enjoy the weather.

On Monday the 20th Whitney went in to get his tonsils out { I was 13 or 14 when I got mine out and I don't remember it being that bad } but it seemed terrible for him he wouldn't eat or drink anything for 5 days. I had to beg him to drink a shot glass full of water every once in awhile but thing started to get better on day 6. Now wear up to Halloween we carved pumpkins on Wednesday and trunk or treat on Friday. Now everything is getting back to normal and everybody is caught up. OKAY Courtney.

Fall

Fall is such a cool season because you wake up freezing, sweating by noon and comfortable by six. Whit and Waylon wanted to go out and rake leaves hopefully the videos work.

Waylon goes to preschool 2 days a week. There is one little girl that has to give him a hug and kiss before he leaves. Its one of those cute kid moments.

College Women

These are the two college girls that stopped to see us on Friday. They said they were home for the weekend for woman's conference but I think they were homesick. Teresa probably loved them being home so she could cook for more than 3. They stopped by to get a few things that they needed for school a TV, chairs, Christmas tree lights and other assorted stuff that I could give them.

Whitney and I finished cutting our firewood today. It is something I kind of enjoy doing but the big payoff comes when it gets cold and the gas bill comes. This last week the fall leaves have really started to show up. If I can remember a camera i will have to get some pictures from around here it seems the colors change daily.

You have just got to love sisters when they do something for you; 9/23/08 happy birthday post was a big surprise. SORRY to the nieces and friends who have lost a grandma,mother, or friend. I have almost got all the wood I will need for the winter, now I can start putting up the summer toys and get the winter toys out. Two college women stopped to see me this evening? What do they want? What will April say?How long will they be here. Check on Sunday.

Happy Birthday

Happy Birthday Dave!

One more year until the big "40". It pays to have helped Dave set up his blog because I know the password and I could post his picture and wish him a Happy Birthday! Dave is a great dad, brother, and friend. I am so glad that he is part of my life. He is the kind of person that would do anything for anyone.

well today I am 39 and I feel old , my back ,chest ,and every other part of my body hurts.It couldn't be because of the to kids or the wood that I have been cutting. Other than that I am a happy person because I have a beautiful wife and two great kids kids that let me chase them around. Hopefully I will be through with this Winters wood this week and I will be able to take care of all the summer stuff before the snow gets any closer.

Okay were ready to get started. On Friday I had to say goodbye to a friend that I have had for 12 years she was almost 90 years old which is pretty amazing. She was an amazing women and I will miss Her dearly. On Saturday the Neighbors started building their road to the house they are going to build behind us. Whitney and Waylon watched the bulldozer most of the day. When they quit for the night we had to go out and play on the stuff. Here is a couple of cute pictures.

Whitney said he doesn't want to drive the ranger. Thanks Teresa for helping us get this set up I hope you are ready for more phone calls when we have problems. We are excited to get started when we have more time.

Aunt Teresa (Dave,s FAVORITE sister) came up tonight to help us get set up and get started with our own blog. We like to snoop on other people's blogs and now they will be able to snoop on ours. We are looking forward to this new adventure.
